Conditions for Refunds
Due to the digital nature of virtual game items, refunds are generally not provided once the purchase has been completed and the items have been delivered.
Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional cases:
- The item was not delivered (e.g., payment was successful, but the item was not received).
- The item is significantly inconsistent (e.g., it does not match the description or promised functionality).
Customers must submit a refund request within 48 hours of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
Refund Process
- Customers must submit their refund requests via the official customer service channels (e.g., email or online form) and include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots.
- We will review the request within 3 business days and, if approved, process the refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Refund requests based on personal reasons (e.g., mistaken purchase or no longer wanting the item) will not be accepted.
- Items that have already been successfully used or transferred are considered delivered and are non-refundable.
