Cancellation Policy

Conditions for Cancellation

  • Once a virtual item transaction is completed, cancellations are not allowed.
  • Customers may submit a cancellation request after successful payment but before the item is delivered by contacting customer support.

Cancellation Process

  • Cancellation requests must include the order number and relevant proof.
  • The merchant will review and process the request within 3 business days.
  • If the cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 1-7 business days.
